     Steve Webber            Rochelle Kopp










    Steven R. Webber is the president of Management Training Resources, Inc., a training and consulting firm specializing in management skills training. Steve is a national speaker, trainer and author with over 20 years experience in a variety of fields including Supervision, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service and Management Training.
    Rochelle Kopp is Managing Principal of Japan Intercultural Consulting, an international training and consulting firm focused on cross-cultural communication. Rochelle is a fluent speaker of Japanese, and facilitates the Japanese language programs on this site. The author of twenty books, she has deep experience in helping people from different cultures work together.
